Filing a DMCA Notice
Your written notice should include:

- Your mailing address.
- Your telephone number.
- Your email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The URL of the allegedly infringing material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- The location of the removed content before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
BustedPlates reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
Misrepresentation
Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages under applicable law.
